
Sony Music Group has blocked Beyoncé from posting her own videos on her personal YouTube page. In place of the videos, there is now a message directly from the company that reads, “This video contains content from Sony Music Entertainment, who has blocked it in your country on copyright grounds.”
The move comes just weeks after the video for Lady Gaga and Beyoncé’s new track, “Telephone,” broke YouTube’s all-time viewership record. Sony has not issued any official word on the reasons for the blockage.
In other news, [lastfm]Beyoncé[/lastfm]‘s representatives are denying rumors that the “Single Ladies” singer is pregnant. Last week, reports on MediaTakeOut.com claimed that the singer and husband [lastfm]Jay-Z[/lastfm] were due to start a family, citing “a rock solid source.” In an official statement to Rolling Stone, however, a spokesperson for Beyoncé called the rumors untrue.
