The District Sample Sale calls itself the “Season’s Most Charitable Fashionable Event” and these gals aren’t lying. The ticket ($40 for General Admission and $100 for VIP) are officially on-sale and they will go fast. Since it’s birth DSS has helped out numerous DC non-profits like inner-city dance studios, women’s shelters, after-school care for kids and saved it’s chic-bargain-hunting-patrons thousands and thousands. [photogallerylink id=27796 align=right]Here’s how it works, your ticket gets you into a shopping experience of “over 20 of Washington’s best designer clothing and shoe boutiques selling their end-of-season wares at liquidation-level prices, with many previewing their upcoming season looks at exclusive event prices.” Also there are designer cocktails, awesome passed appetizers, and whatever the next-big-thing-in-party-oh-wow-factor-will-be.
