Have you ever watched that show Extreme Couponing on TLC?  Since it began airing on TLC a lot of people have joined in on the fad.  To the point that they are getting arrested for it.  Two women, one in California and one in Arkansas have been arrested for stealing newspapers valued at over $200 to get the coupons inside.  The women said they were unaware that it was a crime to steal unsold newspapers.  Most newspaper publications will reimburse stores for unsold newspapers, so to steal them, is actually stealing money from the store and considered theft.  Is there a get out of jail free coupon?
