Since when does trying to return a woman’s purse make you a bad guy?

Yesterday while doing some quick shopping in Tysons I noticed a woman throw her purse on the roof her the car, shove her bags in and get in. PURSE STILL ON THE ROOF! Being only a few yards away I ran up and tapped on her window. She [Kristen Sullivan of Fairfax Station] gave me the finger and sped off, leaving her purse [that purse above] in the parking lot. So this morning we tried to find her on the air and investigated the contents.
