Then they announced they were getting divorced and everyone said, “Uh oh.” Then Russell said he didn’t want any of Katy’s fortune even though he was entitled to half of it, because she had earned it and not him. Remember how neither of them has talked poorly about the other in the media or tweeted nasty vague things about the other? Well today, Russell signed over the home they bought together. No fighting, just signed it over since he’d already moved out and had another place to live.

I image him saying, in his British accent of course, “It’s all good love, I’ve got me a place to live already. I’ll sign the papers and we’ll live happily ever after as friends and you won’t have to do my bloody laundry anymore or put up with my ridiculous tv habits.” Katy and Russell…a great example how a marriage should end.
