Jamie Lynn Spears recently shared some sisterly love with a new song she wrote in honor of Britney.

The younger Spears took to the stage in Nashville last week to perform “I Look Up To You,” a country-tinged dedication to her big sis. Jamie Lynn admitted before the song even started, “you can imagine who I wrote it about.” With a little twang, she then started singing about a “scared little girl” and how “they took your innocence,” making it pretty clear it was written for Brit Brit.

Since having a baby in 2008, Jamie Lynn has been out of the spotlight, but it seems she’s now got her sights on a music career, making regular appearances in the Nashville area.

Though Britney wasn’t able to see her sister perform–she was busy working on The X Factor– by the look of Jamie Lynn’s moves on stage, she was definitely there in spirit.
