Oprah made a surprise appearance in Foggy Bottom for lunch yesterday at District Commons.

She attended this classic Washingtonian lunch with friend Gayle King and some other O Magazine staffers.

However, after lunch she ran into a TMZ reporter with one ridiculous question:

TMZ Reporter:“Oprah, do you think Tom Cruise jumping on the couch hurt his wedding…marriage? “

Oprah: “What a ridiculous question! That has to be the most ridiculous question I have ever heard…”
