Brittany Gonye, program director for health services for children with special needs, informs us of HSCSN upcoming summer camp. Gonye has always been passionate about helping the special needs population.

Gonye stated “individuals think they can’t work or their not as smart or they can’t preform and excel as well as other children but that is definitely not true…this camp is a great way for them to get involved and have a chance to try different activities.”

This eye opening experiences are for children with special needs and children without! “All kids need to engage in physical activity and sometimes we see that lacking now a days” said Goyne.

Now this camp isn’t just great for the kids but it’s great for the hardworking parents. This camp allows parents to take a break while knowing their children are in a safe environment.
