Say hello to our adorable pet of the week; Wiz.

Wiz is a sweet one-year-old and knows it. She comes to the Washington Humane Society (WHS) from a home on the 50 block of 47^th Street SE. She loves to be petted and will make herself comfy-cozy in your lap, while you sing “Soft Kitty, Warm Kitty” in her ear. She’s a Wiz of a cat, hence the name, and she’ll be waiting by the door to tell you about her day, as soon as you come home. If you’re a family with a lot of love, she’s ready to be your purr-fect companion.  Come meet Wiz at WHS’s New York Avenue adoption center.
