Ninety-five percent of people using the bathroom fail to wash their hands correctly. Can you believe those people … who clearly aren’t us, or you?!  A University of Michigan study finds most people (not us of course) are doing it wrong.

The Centers for Disease Control says soap and water for 15 to 20 seconds is the way to go. Their attempt at cute reminds suggested we hum “Happy Birthday” twice.  They say that people on average only wash their hands for six seconds.

You guessed it, men are worse offenders than women.

Only half of dudes actually used soap and 15 percent didn’t use it at all.

In the ladies room , 78 percent used soap and 7 percent didn’t wash their hands at all.
