It’s a whole new week and I know it’s crazy, but after just a few classes with Fit Club, I can already start to notice something different: I have more energy. Usually by the afternoon, I am dragging, but after class it’s like a get a second wind! (If I can keep this going, I’m going to save so much on coffee!)
I have to be honest though, I was a little nervous when I got to our class today and Bianca has set out 12 stations. She was setting us up for circuit training. This being my first circuit training class, it sounded really easy: 12 stations for 45 seconds each and then 20 seconds to rest. How hard could it be? Boy was I wrong.
Bianca had us doing jumping jacks, ropes, planks, leg lifts and crunches, and by the end you really worked every muscle in the body.
It takes a real talent to keep everyone in the class going strong and she did it. She’s an incredible motivator and because you’re only at each station for less than a minute, the class moved really quickly. By the time I was about to fall over, we were done, but I can already tell I’m going to be crying tomorrow.
